Terms and Conditions for a £500 discount on your Hair Transplant Procedure

What these terms cover:‍

These are the terms and conditions on which we provide hair transplant services ("Hair Transplant Procedure") and the £500 discount in accordance with the offer. We may modify these terms from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us for the Hair Transplant Procedure. You are required to agree to these terms before you place your order. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products and services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

Services we will provide:  ‍

• We will perform the Hair Transplant Procedure as per the agreed-upon treatment plan.
• We will offer you a £500 “loyalty discount” on your Hair Transplant Procedure.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to receive our services.
• You must complete a medical history questionnaire and be seen by your operating surgeon prior to confirmation of a Hair Transplant Procedure.
• If deemed suitable you must provide any further information required as part of the pre-operative checks for the Hair Transplant Procedure.
• You must be an active Menwell Ltd Hair Loss medication(s) customer for 18 months or more.

Consultation and Information

• Prior to the procedure, you will be required to attend a consultation with one of our surgeons.
• You must provide accurate and complete medical history and information, and complete all documentation to the best of your knowledge.

Procedure

• The Hair Transplant Procedure will be performed by a qualified and experienced professional employed or engaged by us.
• The qualified and experienced professional will explain the procedure, risks, and aftercare to you before the treatment.
• You must attend follow up appointments at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months (if required) as directed by your operating surgeon.
• You consent to provide us with clear before and after pictures for the purposes of monitoring the effectiveness of the treatment.

Loyalty offer

• Your Hair Transplant procedure price will be determined following a mandatory in-person consultation with your operating surgeon.
• Your procedure will be discounted by £500. The discount will be applied to the size of procedure required, as determined in your surgeon consultation : small, medium or large which are priced at £4,000, £5,000 and £6,000, respectively (pre-discount).
• As mentioned in the “Payment” section below, you will be required to make a £1,000 deposit to secure your surgery date. The £500 discount will be applied to the balance owed for your procedure; which is due 30 days before the surgery date.
• A Hair Transplant Procedure will only be carried out if deemed clinically appropriate and safe by our surgical team.

Payment

• Payment can be made by via Stripe link or wire transfer.
• A £1,000 deposit must be made at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before the surgery date.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You have the right to cancel your booking of the Hair Transplant Procedure free of charge more than 20 days prior to the Hair Transplant Procedure.
• Depending on the reason for cancellation, the applicable charges for cancellation of surgeries that are less than 20 days prior to the Hair Transplant Procedure will be as follows:

Liability

• We accept liability for direct loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or negligence.
• In accordance with the law, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Changes to Terms

• Please note that we may revise these terms from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
