Dr. Bauer trained at the NHS's prestigious London Deanery. She then went on to work at world-leading hospitals and trauma centres, including St George's Hospital and The Royal Brompton.
Through being a faculty member on The Royal College of Surgeons (RCS), Dr. Bauer has had experience teaching and examining medical students and junior doctors. She has also been an anatomy demonstrator at St George's University London (SGUL).
